I would like to test msiPL, it seems to work fine with Raw (unprocessed) datasets. However, in the documentation of the **msiPL_Run.py** it states:

I have a peak-picked and batch-processed dataset, does that mean the method can not/must not be used to learn peaks from such datasets?
