Note: This does not really enable proper controls using a mouse / mouse-like device (e.g. configuring a controller so one if its analog sticks controls a mouse pointer), but rather prevents exceptions from being thrown all the time when there's no focused UI control. The entire UI is build around TV remote / controller usage, so a lot of stuff will behave strangely (e.g. settings) when using a mouse.
