Removing a controller config breaks view #91

nVidia GeForce Experience Version: 3.1.2.31
Moonlight Embedded Version: 2.2.2
OSMC Version: 2016.04-2

Expected Behaviour: One should be able to add and remove controller configurations at will

Actual Behaviour: Adding and instantly removing a controller configuration breaks the view (no element will be focused)
