Added Controller events. OVR Haptics. Layer masking. #8

Also I've added a controller pointer event example into the demo scenes. You can now pickup spawned cubes in the style of Half-Life 2's gravity gun.

@wacki Would love it if you could add me as a contributor to the project. If you are too short in time to maintain this by yourself.

Hi Paul, sorry again for the huge delays on my end. The biggest reason for this is that I'd still like to review the pull requests and the only way to do that is to test it on a friends Vive when I get the chance. I am overall pretty impressed with what you proposed and how you implemented it. So I don't have any concern about the quality of your pull requests. I think I will just quickly review the code in the future and if it looks fine I will accept the pull request in a day or two.

Again I really appreciate what you've done for the project so far and hope my slow responses didn't impact your motivation to do so.

Thanks so much for merging. I'm busy on a VR project with a client at the moment. But I'll start doing more changes in 2 weeks.
