What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using the current code as is, i think!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an X should be visible in the corner, but a zIndex had to be added to get this 
fixed 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 4

Please provide any additional information below.
