Feature/species pages titles #324

Adds relevant page titles to all pages. Closes #321

The intended functionality is working, but the PR is failing Rubocop and Audit checks. The repo needs to be updated to use Ruby 3 to fix these. This can be continued when the migration in #325 is completed
