Make settings integrable into pages #56

What feature do you miss?
Integration of settings into other pages (e.g. "Privacy") should be possible. Changes have to be done instantly (to avoid a "save"-button.
This is also more mobile-friendly as pop-ups can be tricky to handle on small displays.
