[BUG] Link in Documentation links to wrong github page #63

Bug Report

Expected behavior Link in rendered Documentation is wrong.

Current Behavior The link directs to https://github.com/https://github.com/wacon-internet-gmbh/wacon_cookie_management/edit/master/Documentation/Index.rst

Steps to reproduce Open https://docs.typo3.org/p/waconcookiemanagement/wacon-cookie-management/draft/en-us/ and then click on "Edit on GitHub"

Possible Solution In line https://github.com/wacon-internet-gmbh/wacon_cookie_management/blob/29c4cff6f0c6912dd0e79a71d4b3d4ffc1cc2201/Documentation/Settings.cfg#L43 it should be wacon-internet-gmbh/wacon_cookie_management only.
