Running Tracking Cookies beeing deactivated when cookie-settings are changed and set to "only necessary"
Current Behavior But what happened instead?
Nothing happens.

How can this be reproduced? Please describe any steps which are necessary.
try https://www.bmpk.de/ or https://www.serview.de/ with the following steps:
1.
In the first step I accepted all cookies. Only then, all tracking cookies are set. The cookie manager works so far. :-)
2.
In the second step, I opened cookie settings in the footer and set to "only necessary cookies".
I expected that the page would reload with only necessary cookies.
But this does not happen: all tracking cookies remain active!
So, it seems to be a bug.

Is your TYPO3 installation set up with Composer (Composer Mode): [no]
Possible Solution
After you have changed cookie settings, the site-reload has to be forced with deactivated cookies
