Hello there, i just want to know how to install this libs to test and learn something new.

Right now it is "some assembly required" rather intentionally, there are many things that are not implemented. In fact GTK is the only thing that "mostly" works, and even that requires a number of hacks. So, I don't intend to provide general instructions just yet. Within a few days or so there will hopefully be a recipe in HaikuPorts.
