Gap visible between primary fill and border with the same color #107

When you assign a subtitle the same (or very similar) primary and border 
colors, and when border is >1 and the font size is large enough, you can make 
out the line separating the two fills. The effect is more evident with a 
contrasting background or shadow. I've observed this happening to different 
degrees in both the the windows and linux versions of aegisub (only when using 
libass), smplayer and vlc.

This should be addressed by my patches in 
http://code.google.com/r/astiob-libass/source/list?name=alpha, see issue #78. I 
still remember about them, and they will eventually be merged when I fix the 
issues raised in the discussion there.
