Remove npm extension #8

As detailed on the extension marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=eg2.vscode-npm-script), the npm extension has been deprecated. VS Code now natively provides support for running npm scripts, so it should be removed from this pack

Maybe the owner doesn't have access to the account anymore. Is there an way to pull otherwise (Contact VS Code Dev team or GitHub?)?

VS Code now reports this plugin as deprecated itself, so just remove it and install the extensions separately.

After discussion with the VS Code team, they decided it would be best to depreciate the pack because it is not being maintained. There are many alternatives on the marketplace that you can find. If you don't like any of those, feel free to install my pack which I've made very similar to this pack.
