增加etf期权名字 #1238

etf期权，比如50etf期权10001112，如果没有名字，不好进行回测。

希望能增加接口，比如：

etf_op_code_to_name('10001950') == '50ETF沽10月2900'

是指pro.stock_basic吗？这个接口只返回股票。
