关于中/英文系统下 matlab sdk 读取数据中文乱码的问题 #4

我用了两个测试环境：

  1. 系统 MacOS12.1, 英文, Matlab 9.9.0.1592791 (R2020b) Update 5.
  2. 系统 WIN10 21H2, 中文, Matlab 9.11.0.1837725 (R2021b) Update 2.

PS: Python the API (tushare 1.2.82) 没有问题，以下是macOS在conda的env 下测试： iShot2022-01-15 11 16 33
