Storing PINs

It is quite hard to design this one from a security perspective:

• we don't want to store pins at all
• we won't store pins in our backend system at all
• we want to provide a convenient way for our users to use cashq, without sacrificing security

We will use this issue to track the progress of implementing secure and safe pin-less system.
