Add temperature to time series output

When temperature sensor data is available, GGIR currently only uses it for:

• auto-calibration in part 1
• QC plot in part 2
• time series plot by part 3

I am now working to also integrate it in the time series output in part 5.

It is uncertain whether the temperature time series are informative, but at least it will give user the option to study the value of temperature.
