Adds temperature to part 5 time series, fixes #1085
Fix bug related to merginge part 4 with part 5, fixes #1086
Minor simplification of GGIR installation when working with GENEActiv, ActiGraph or Axivity data by moving the relevant dependencies from suggests to imports.
