Revert simplification of HDCZA #1102

Earlier this year I implemented a simplification of https://github.com/wadpac/GGIR/pull/1063 but it now seems that for some GGIR users consistency is an issue as the new approach does affect sleep onset time.

Plan:

Re-insert old approach
Make new approach optional
