Add folder with custom R scripts used by GGIR users

I have been developing a couple of R scripts which are not relevant to include as a GGIR function but will benefit from being stored inside GGIR to make them more easy to find.

To address this I will create a new folder that holds these scripts but is ignored by Rbuildignore.
