Changes resulting from the feedback from and discussions with Gaia earlier this year. Most changes are literally what we discussed, while in some places I made small extra edits.
Additionally, I have updated the chapter0 pages:
Contributing: I have replaced the suggestion to do research by a suggestion to get funding because without funding it is also difficult for us to support research efforts.
Getting started: Rephrased text to make it clear that to fully master GGIR the readers needs to go through the documentation or take part in the course. I do this to better manage expectations. Also the page now refers to the new example accelerometer files as used in the training and no longer to the old test files.
Support: Getting support is now without all the training course details because the training course is changing. This is why I prefer not to duplicate the course description in the gh-pages. Further, I have removed references to CRAN vignettes.
This PR only affects the gh-pages and not the GGIR code itself.
