USER: network interfaces are not working on boot after updating the kernel to 6.6.y #10

Issue: network interfaces are not working on boot after updating the kernel to 6.6.y

Current: on boot no network interface is available

Expected: on boot all network interface should work and connect automatically

The issue was regarded to the installation of connman with qt6-libs
