Add support for bugzilla update.
1. Tasks submitted to bugzilla remember the bugzilla ID.
2. Tasks previously submitted (so they have bugzilla ID), are updated in
Bz, not submitted as new task

In future, it would be nice to support bot-way bugzilla synchronization or
even better, use bugzilla as storage for tasks, so no file save/load will
be neccessary. The changes will be loaded/saved directly to/from bugzilla.
But this will be another issue.
