Bugzilla updates #14

Tasks will contain additional field 'Bug ID'. This field can be filled
either by hand or by the "Bugzilla export" functionality.
When exporting to Bugzilla task that has already bug ID, this bug in BZ is
updated.
"Updated" means changing only:
  - summary
  - assignee
  - status whiteboard
So, time-related fields of the bug are preserved.
