After loading and pasting a book, the old title can't be changed (only appended) #25

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open an empty book & quill
  2. Load a signed book from a .ghb file
  3. Paste it into the empty book
  4. Click 'sign'
  5. The title field will already contain the title from the loaded book, and can't be removed

Furthermore, the cursor is rendered in the wrong position
