Decide on backend database

I'm leaning towards http://www.rethinkdb.com/

• It's something new and shiny
• The dev team is open and honest about their development
• Native JSON
• Native drivers for Go, http://www.rethinkdb.com/docs/install-drivers/
• Great admin console
• The reQL (their SQL) has some awesome features
• Frequent releases

However, it doesn't work on Windows :cry: To get past this barrier I can get a small dev server up and running (using DigitalOcean or Linode) that we can all access and query. Windowfriends will need an internet connection to do any development, or use mock data when offline (which should be used anyway for unit testing).
