Docker Deployment #34

Create a docker file for easier deployment. Update the README.md with the commands needed to deploy. Plug into #35 if it's up and running.

It probably won't make much of a difference, but which Go version have you been targeting so far, 1.3?

For now I'll just do a single Dockerfile, but in the future we may want to consider separate images for build and execution containers.

Also, any plans to containerize chewcrew-web?

and ya chewcrew-web will be containzerized. dockerize the world!
