talk throughout dinner to explain purpose, supplement with slides, share Ashley and Jeff’s story around using Waffle for hackathons and how things got started, demo Waffle and GitHub together during dinner
6:30 - Kelly & Ryan talk through data overview
*- 6:45 pm - get started with GitHub and Waffle (1 hr if needed)
7:45 pm - 45 mins of brainstorming with 5 minute breaks between (15/5, 15/5, 15/5)
8:45 pm - 15 minute break
9:00 pm - explain lean canvas in context of identifying problem and customer first and foremost*
9:15 pm - explain how it’s used and work through example (maybe)
9:30 pm - consolidate sticky notes from ideation onto lean canvas. Emphasize early adopter and problem. Who are you going to talk to and can you reach them? If not, we’ll have an advisory board tomorrow to help.
9:45 pm - closing - talk about next steps (interviewing customers, UVP - "your promise", and moving toward problem/solution fit)

9:15-10 - Sprint 1 Decide on your customer, problem, UVP(promise), and a testable solution
10-11 - advisory panel for early feedback on ideas, consider iterating on solution, record any pivots (will become part of your pitch)
