Let's use Slack for day-of help for teams. Technical support with census data, and the core team can be on too for other event help.

[ ] schedule CitySDK/census folks to be available via chat during the hackathon. Maybe only during specific times?
[ ] Invite attendees as they sign up, explain how to get started and make sure they're connected ahead of time (along with getting started guide)
