Tweets we can support:

  1. Tweets to invite organizations
  2. Highlighting the challenge

Considerations:

  1. We can’t re-tweet people, but we can re-tweet organizations
  2. We can tweet @ organizations

Other mediums:

  1. Need to nail down hashtag - #hackshopNC
  2. Able to post pictures on Instagram
  3. Video Testimonials: short 15 second videos why they are excited to participate
  4. Need to send a picture of a signed form
  5. Recap Blog

Process and staff:

  1. We can schedule tweets
  2. Dedicated staffer to support on Friday
  3. Probably can staff on Saturday, need to confirm
  4. Talk to Mike Morgan regarding on-site video crew
