music migrations restarted, i18n, ArtistType replaced with tags #33

I restarted the music application's migrations because:

They were throwing a SQL error
The initial migration for music got moved into batter/migrations instead of copied.

I gave verbose names to everything so they can be internationalized

I removed ArtistType and replaced it with tags.

My bad on the merge commits -- I'll see if I can force push and fix it.
