Add ElasticSearch to the project vagrantfile #51

I'm just going to expand on the issue:

ElasticSearch is not by default in the Ubuntu repositories. You have to download the .deb available on their website. This complicates the installation automated installation via Puppet. A prewritten module might save us some work. Something like: https://github.com/electrical/puppet-elasticsearch I'm not super familiar with Puppet, so if someone who is can weigh in, I'd appreciate it.
