강의 검색 학점 수 필터 정렬 수정 #281

batch 에서 tag 가 생성되고 그것을 기준으로 api 로 전달하는 것이라, batch 로직을 변경함. batch 도는 것 보고, 필요하면 DB 에서 값은 따로 직접 변경하거나 할 예정.

제가 봐도 코드가 별로인데 더 좋은 조언 주셔도 좋습니다.

@Hank-Choi 간단하긴 한데 한 번 봐주세용, merge 되면 mongodb 이번 학기 값은 바꿔둘게요
