Enhancement - DJs Applications - Auto remove "Pending" forum tag when adding another tag #5

Sparty forgets to remove 'Pending' tags a lot when marking apps with other tags such as 'Rejected'. Would be a nice-to-have feature where 'Pending' is removed when another tag is added.
