Not Full Screen on Samsung Note SGH-I717 #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Always starts in a small window (3 1/4 by 2) format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Full size window in 5.3" screen like my last two Samsung phones - Captivate 
(Android 2.2) and Infuse 4G Android 2.3.6).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Solitaire V1.12.2 running on android 2.3.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Can this be caused by a setting on the phone?
