Feature Request: Switch to SVG cardsets #157

Switching to SVG card-sets would improve graphics on all sizes, by allowing 
scaling.  There should be at least 3 cardsets available  (High-Detail, 
Standard, and Small-Screen)  This should be self explanitory, but the high 
detail cards have lots of pretty details for high-res, tablet, and HDTV-Box 
devices.  The standard is a standard cardset, nothing fancy.  The Small-Screen 
version is for low-res small displays that are not capable of displaying a 
regular card-set with the suits remaining easily recognizable.

Depending on the canvas engine currently used, depends on how easy this 
conversion is to do.  However a skinning engine could be implemented at the 
same time.
