What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.12 -  
Samsung Galaxy S5

Please provide any additional information below.
I Love this game and play all the time, best one out there!  Got new phone 
yesterday and have no menu, options, quit, save, etc, can't switch number of 
cards dealt… SO SAD :(

Resolved*** You can press and hold the menu button (about 2-3 seconds) and the 
menu bar will pop up.

There's no menu button to press and hold!

S5 has 3 buttons (on front) the left one looks like many pages, and is the menu 
button. Press and hold for the in game menu
