English is Back！！！ #2

Once in order to add cool graphical interface, Chinese and even animation to make memory tight, it is not necessary to delete part of the English support. But after thrilling optimization (the project uses 32234 bytes and takes up (99%) program storage space. Up to 32256 bytes)

95% of English support is back (5% due to the removal of the message screen function)

It's more difficult to scan the QRcode (64x64 --> 48x48) (nobody knows compression better than I do)

At the same time, this version optimizes some animation experience!

Of course, there are some shortcomings. When you look at the code, it is easy to find that the code from the English part about language support is very bloated

I am shallow in knowledge, I hope someone can help me optimize it!!!

Conclusion: after this version, except for program optimization, there will be no big changes. This update makes multi language really meaningful!

Tip: if the memory of the subsequent update program is not enough, you can consider deleting the about interface and the QR code, which can provide at least 6400b of space
