Compiler on windows #5

How to compiler project on window? I try mounriver, but Your programming seems easier to understand

I'm sorry, but since I don't have a Windows PC myself, I'm not very familiar with it. If necessary, it should work with WSL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install). It should also be possible to integrate it into PlatformIO, but I'm not an expert on that either.
