"Destructive" Sidebar update: loosing thing/annotations #5

A bug that appeared with v0.9.2 (and very probably (not 100% sure) wasn't there before): After the sidebar is updated (due to suggestions, but also when toggeling the sidebar with the icon!) the annotations are lost. When sending the email after such an update, the email sometimes (not always) is not annotated any more.

This happens particularly in combination with sharing the email (via the share button). Very very often the following problem occurs that could have the same cause:

  1. create new email,
  2. annotate email with some concept,
  3. share the email (draft!),
  4. enter some more text in the body and wait for a sidebar update,
  5. Send the email. => Sometimes the sent email is not annotated any more, and in all (recognized) cases the reason was that the email uri was not renamed and still got the draft-uri in the PIMO. The email header of the sent email also lacks the X-PIMO-DRAFTURI parameter.

FireTag 0.9.3 Part of this bug is back again:

  1. Write email in composer Window
  2. do one annotation with one of the suggested things
  3. go on with writing
  4. either go on with writing or leave the window alone
  5. after a long time the annotation is gone ,i.e. not listed in "Annotated concepts); the Thing is listed correctly in the sidebar, annotation is correct in the PIMO, just the annotation is gone
  6. the annotation appears again in the suggestion
  7. also: annoate another topic: go on with writing, after refresh the annotation is gone

Having a hard time fixing this as Thunderbird does not behave as it should...please reopen if it occurs again with STR.
