Registered and uploaded on PyPI. Fix #31 #32

Library is now registered at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/tmdb3

pip install tmdb3 works as expected.

It you wan't, i can give you access to the registered package.

If it's going to be on there, I may as well be able to keep it updated. I just created a PyPi account of the name "wagnerrp".

Current version (0.6.17) is the merged version
