CI run shows userWastedPercent off by ~1% #439

When testing the efficiency of the image, I believe that efficiency + userWastedPercent should equal to 100%. Though the sum goes over 100% (even if by less than 1%). I am assuming the correct userWastedPercent should equal 0.6695% in my case.
