This PR adds Wagtail API v2 to the demo, but it requires https://github.com/torchbox/wagtail/pull/2556 to be be merged first

https://github.com/wagtail/wagtail/pull/2649 is in, seems like this is now ready to be merged

Merged in b2dcedeb8c71ade4c26abb3efbda1cfbbf8278ab (and changed the url path from v2beta to v2, since it's not beta at this point...)
