Add Circle CI config for Nightly Builds #56

Following the procedure for Nightly testing of official plugins.

@kaedroho, I do not seem to have the rights to configure the project on Circle CI. Can you set SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL for wagtail-bakery for me? After that, we should be able to merge this PR.

Rebased on master with the fix to factory-boy which was causing the CI to fail.

Err I'm stupid, I didn't change the test command in the workflow despite you writing Update this line. I guess I wasn't quite awake this morning. I'll get onto that.

Edit 1: Done in 1f5452fb8281d8602e540f2dff8e2852d0c71b12. Edit 2: And subsequently fixed in bc9f7e7fc48f4479d2b439e8a16f46872bc5d6b2.
