Finish Github Workflow checks

Currently, the workflow runs setup.sh and builds the backend container. Ideally we would at least want to:

• [ ] Build the front end container
• [ ] Build the database container
• [ ] Run the database migration scripts
• [ ] ... something else I'm missing?
