Suggested Documentation on Headings

To create a new headings, click on the plus icon directly below the body title. A dialog box appears on your screen. Select the Heading block.

To write your heading text, click on the heading text. To select select heading size, click on Size. A drop-down menu appears on your screen. Select the size of your heading.

The heading block in your screenshot is not a feature that is built into Wagtail core; it's been implemented by the developer(s) of the site you're working with. Therefore, we should not document it in the Wagtail User Guide.
