Auto-save support refactorings with Telepath #47

Summary

Extend usage of Telepath in Wagtail to more of Wagtail’s forms. A preliminary refactoring to the existing Autosave (roadmap#24). One of the first steps will be to clarify any potential overlaps with Stimulus usage.

Moving to v6.0. Further improvements to be made. This is a precursor to auto-save work which we still see as a good strategic investment, but has been side-lined in past releases.

Moving to v6.1* – we didn’t resume work on this in v6.0, focusing on #33 instead.
