Add url is missing in polling docs #134

Both interval polling and long polling need the Wagtail Live url pattern.

But it is not mentioned at: https://wagtail.github.io/wagtail-live/getting_started/publishers/setup_interval_polling/ https://wagtail.github.io/wagtail-live/getting_started/publishers/setup_long_polling/
