Is wagtail-localize compatible with wagtail 4 ? if yes, how can i install it for v4 ?

Hi, https://github.com/wagtail/wagtail-localize/releases/tag/v1.3.0-alpha.1 should help do that. Released an alpha to get some more real-life testing
