When a workflow is active on the language tree, the message after a creating a translated page is the message of the first workflow step #676

Generally the interaction between Wagtail-Localize and the Workflows feature in Wagtail feels disconnected but this seems to be a bug. When a workflow is active on the target language tree, the message after a creating a translated page is the message of the first workflow step and not "page XXX was successfully translated".
