How to run a translation sync manually #702

I have the error:

The data model for ... has been changed since the last translation sync. If any new fields have been added recently, these may not be visible until the next translation sync.

Sorry to create an issue for this, but it seems like I need to run a translation sync, but I don't know how to do this, and couldn't find it in the docs.

Can be done as:

when editing the original, click the 3 dotted menu and "Sync translations"
or in the page explorer in the list that has the original page, click the "more" button, then "Sync translations"
